Pairs well with or uses Boneless Pork Ribs

Tony Roma's Boneless Ribs Lettuce Wraps

You will be craving this meal a month later!


Ingredients

  • ½ cup julienned diakon radish
  • ½ cup julienned carrot
  • ½ cup thinly sliced seedless cucumber
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced into strips, about 3 inch lengths
  • 2 hot red chili peppers (red bird chilies) (optional)
  • 3 tbsp. sweet rice vinegar
  • 8 -10 leaves fresh green leaf lettuce washed of grit and patted dry with paper towels
  • 2 cups fresh cilantro sprigs
  • 2 tbsp. hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp. sriracha hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp. sambal oelek chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. sweet chili sauce

Instructions

Prepare the salad ingredients. In a bowl combine radish, carrots, and cucumber and green onions. Finely chop the red chili peppers (optional) and add to radish mixture. Add sweet rice vinegar and season with a pinch of salt, gently toss and set aside keeping cool. Prepare the boneless ribs as per package instructions. To serve, take a leaf of crisp green leaf lettuce and place a strip of Tony Roma’s Boneless Ribs. Top with radish cucumber carrot salad mixture. Garnish with your choice of sauces (Hoisin, Sriracha, Sambal Oelek, Soy Sauce or Sweet Chili Sauce)
