Prepare the salad ingredients. In a bowl combine radish, carrots, and cucumber and green onions. Finely chop the red chili peppers (optional) and add to radish mixture. Add sweet rice vinegar and season with a pinch of salt, gently toss and set aside keeping cool. Prepare the boneless ribs as per package instructions. To serve, take a leaf of crisp green leaf lettuce and place a strip of Tony Roma’s Boneless Ribs. Top with radish cucumber carrot salad mixture. Garnish with your choice of sauces (Hoisin, Sriracha, Sambal Oelek, Soy Sauce or Sweet Chili Sauce)
